We produce the gymnastic skipping ropes in following designs

according to FIG standard – tandem design with 9mm diameter and 30g/m weight
rope diameter: 10 mm , weight: approx. 35-40 g/m
rope with a core of 10mm diameter and 47,5 g/m weight
rope with a strengthened centre of 13 mm diameter
The basic length of the skipping rope: 2,8 m ( measured between the knots. The whole developed length is 3,1m).
The customer himself defines the length of skipping ropes as necessary.

Ropes designed for production of articles used by horsemen and dog-fanciers
Our company produces the cords and ropes strictly according to the specific requirements of customers. Furthermore within our own development we develop and produce the cords and ropes the quality of which is defined by the concrete usage under specific conditions. The cords and ropes produced for dog-leads manufacture meet the required strength parameters and they also have following qualities:
- elasticity
- „ softness “ (in case the dog-lead slips in your hand the palm of your hand isn’t rubbed)
Besides the traditional circular cross sections our company produces following cord and rope profiles:
- oval profile from 4 mm to 8 mm diameter
- flat profile from 4 mm to 19 mm width
- circular hollow braiding between 6 mm and 16 mm
- flat hollow braiding between 10 and 19 mm width and 1 – 3,5 mm thickness
- hollow ropes stranded of strings between 8 and 20 mm diameter
- the cords and ropes made of monofilament fibres for production of dog train components used under severe exposure in northern countries and Alaska. We produce them in diameters from 1,5 mm to 20 mm
All above-mentioned profiles except for the hollow ropes stranded of strings can be connected by welding. The hollow braiding profile and hollow ropes stranded of strings can be twisted into a self-locking twist and the strength of this connection depends on the rope diameter.
The colour scheme and patterns
The colour design depends on the customer’s desire. Any combinations of colours can be chosen. Besides the traditional combinations we also produce the combination of colours called MILITARY („ masking clothes „). At sb.’s request we interlace the cords and ropes with double-sided streak reflexes.
Patterns
Besides the traditional pattern given by the tandem stranding technology we can produce the imitation of „twisted“ ropes and pattern the longitudinal colour stripes. At customer’s request we are ready to pattern the combinations of colours and designs that differ from products currently put on the market and they will represent the customer’s company position on the market offering the articles for horsemen, dog-fanciers etc. On the basis of delivered samples or assignments we are ready to produce new products that currently are not included in our production programme.
Dog-leads production technology
We produce the handles of dog-leads by connecting the cords and ropes:

The loop eyes are fixed in the same way. The technology of the self-locking twist is not used in case of switch-over dog-leads. We only apply the welding technique to the switch-over dog-leads.
